Address Plate Class

Service Description

The Address Plate class is a beginning mosaic class, students will learn basic glass cutting, the indirect method for making a mortar base, and how to grout. This class runs for two consecutive half days to allow the mortar time to dry before grouting can occur. The base will be prepped for each student and house numbers will be provided. Each student is responsible for choosing stained glass for your project. Susan will contact you two weeks prior to the first class to give advice & answer questions about what you’ll need to bring to class. Includes address numbers and a prepared board for your base with numbers laid out for you along with cutting tools, adhesives and grout. You will choose your glass and bring it to class.
